MISSION: Our sole mission as a Realtor firm is to represent the best interest of the buyer at all times. We believe our focus provides us a platform to provide an uncompromised quality of service that we could not equal as traditional agents. We strive to set an industry example for ethics and effectiveness in the real estate industry.

HISTORY: Established in 1995, we have since represented buyers in successful purchases in over 90 towns. With agents located in different areas and covering complimentary regions, sales have been closed in Greenwich and all of Fairfield County, the Farmington Valley including Farmington Avon, Simsbury and all area towns, Litchfield County and the Foothills, Central Connecticut Counties of Hartford and New Haven and Middlesex, as well as parts of Eastern Connecticut and Westchester NY., The Farmington office covers regional central Connecticut, and the Greenwich office covers the Fairfield County and Westchester. Our firm is owned and was founded by John Herman (licensed broker NY, CT, and MA).

EXPERIENCE: We have a diverse staff of experience and dedicated agents, who have successfully represented buyers in all price levels, and for all types of properties. Family homes, luxury properties, waterfront, condos, and commercial properties. Prices of homes closed have ranged form $60,000 to $6 million.
